Deans Developers is a premier real-estate development and construction enterprise: experienced industry professionals, project managers, and a robust consortium of financial partners, specialising in the end-to-end execution of large-scale commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. The portfolio runs from luxury high-rise apartments to landmark commercial trade centres with corporate offices, retail malls, hospitality units and entertainment facilities.

We hold a market-leading position in Peshawar and are expanding across Pakistan on a growing national network of clients, financial institutions and top-tier supply chains.

In-house, and staying that way

Dedicated in-house engineering, architectural design and modern information management systems for precision estimating and project accounting. Staff turnover is exceptionally low — most of the team has given the group over a decade of service.

How we got here

1971 → today

1971

Nasir Mansion, Railway Road No. 2

Mr. Jamal ud Din Khan builds a 60,000 sq ft U-shaped block in Peshawar Cantt — 48 shops on the ground floor, 24 executive offices above, 19 large-format corporate offices on the upper two — and names it after his son, Mr. Nasir Jamal.

1970s

Kohat Road

Strategic acquisitions of commercial land on Kohat Road lay the ground for the group’s first residential development.

1982

Shahab Flats

70,000 sq ft, 42 apartments in 1,800 and 1,400 sq ft variants, private balconies designed for ventilation and daylight.

1998

The 57-kanal Deans Hotel site

Mr. Nasir Jamal formally integrates family capital and an investor network to acquire the historic site at public auction — the acquisition that produced Deans Trade Centre & Hotel Towers and established the group as a titan in commercial real estate.

2004

Karachi

Deans Shopping Mall opens on Main Tariq Road: 75,000 sq ft, 350 premium retail units in the city’s commercial heartland.

2005–08

University Road

Operations shift to University Road, Peshawar, initiating premium residential: Deans Apartments (2006) and Deans Complex (2008).

Today

A multi-disciplinary group

Led by Chairman and Chief Executive Mr. Nasir Jamal, across commercial, residential, healthcare and municipal sectors — recognised as a market leader in landmark multistoried construction.
