The Aug 21 data document dates several "in hand" projects to years that suggest they may already be delivered: Deans Heights (2017), Deans Medicine Center (2021), Deans Apartments One (2021), and Deans Complex (started 2008). The original discovery and every deliverable through Aug 14 treated all four as under-construction / in-hand — including a news article on the home page announcing Deans Heights breaking ground. We have not silently reclassified any project's status here; figures are updated, status labels are not, and each affected card is marked "date TBC" below. This needs a direct answer from the client before launch copy is written.
